1000 masks for mouth and nose protection donated by Associate Professor Dr. ZHOU Yanping, Sichuan University (SCU)

Associate Professor Dr. ZHOU Yanping, as a private donor, has donated 1000 unique medical protective masks to the China Competence Center of Clausthal University of Technology. The masks arrived on 27 April.
Ms Zhou, together with 27 other lecturers from Sichuan University, took part in the four-week training program "Educational Pathways to Qualified Engineers - Practical-oriented Studies at Clausthal University of Technology" in August 2018. The four-week stay in the Harz Mountains was coordinated by Clausthal's China representative Professor Michael Z. Hou. The content of the programs is extensive professional training in numerous institutes and research facilities of the Technical University, including the Research Center for Energy Storage Technologies and the Clausthal Center for Materials Technology (CZM). The focus is on the following subject areas: energy technologies, materials technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering, computer science, physics, technomathematics, geo-environmental technology and oil and gas technology.
Ms Zhou had very fond memories of her experience in Clausthal and would like to thank you for your contribution to this continuing education program.
The cooperation between Sichuan University in Chengdu and Clausthal University of Technology has been in place since 2004. Around 600 program students and scientists have taken part in the exchange between the two universities since the start of the cooperation in 2004.
