Children's Easter University with the China Competence Center

Today, Dr. Hong Liu-Kiel and Dr. Lara M. Gottfried from the China Competence Center visited the Children's Easter University at Clausthal University of Technology. Various activities were on the program to bring the 11 participating children a little closer to Chinese culture.

Not only were the names written in Chinese, but the children also had the opportunity to design a fan.

At lunchtime, they first cooked together and then ate traditionally with chopsticks. The menu included a colorful noodle salad and homemade spring rolls filled with banana and red bean paste.

The program was well received by the children, so we will be happy to participate with a "China Day" in the future.
