Professor Hou Zhengmeng visited Guizhou University

Academician Song Bao'an, President of Guizhou University, met with Professor Hou Zhengmeng before the meeting and presented each other with souvenirs. During the seminar, Prof. Hou Zhengmeng put forward three suggestions to further deepen the exchange and cooperation between the two universities: first, to make overseas lecturers the target of teacher training, to train "outstanding overseas youths" and to implement the "2+2 project". Second, the two universities should actively promote summer camps for bachelor, master and doctoral students in China and Germany. Third, the two universities should actively hold bilateral academic exchange meetings to promote academic learning and exchange, especially research and cooperation related to "climate neutrality" and green energy.

Wu Pan, Vice President of Guizhou University, delivered a speech and introduced the basic situation of Guizhou University, and said that with the support and promotion of Professor Hou Zhengmeng, Guizhou University and Clausthal University of Technology in Germany have officially opened a friendly relationship between the two sides, and emphasized that the implementation of the project and the further research project of "climate neutral" technology will be actively promoted.

The participants discussed the degree, continuing education, scientific research and lecturer exchange between the two universities. Prof. Hou Zhengmeng, representing Clausthal University of Technology, and Chen Liqiong, representing Guizhou University, signed the cooperation agreement between Clausthal University of Technology and Guizhou University.

After the meeting, Hou Zhengmeng gave a lecture entitled "Challenges or Opportunities? How to achieve climate neutrality in China", introducing China's "climate neutral" and green development strategy, technical path, action plan and ENSYSCO, a green energy system based on multi-panel smart cogeneration technology.
