Participation of the China Competence Center in the 2019 Summer Sports Festival

This year, the China Competence Center took part inClausthal University of Technology's traditional summer sports festival on 26 June 2019.

In sunny weather, the participants competed against each other in the university championships in volleyball and soccer, in the field hockey tournament and in the pull-up and dip competition. There were also taster courses in fencing and boxing, biathlon laser shooting, a Taiji sword demonstration and a Zumba course.

The China Competence Center offered the athletes cold jasmine tea and spring rolls for refreshment between the competitions. Interested participants and visitors were also able to find out about the various exchange programs to China.

The event was co-organized by the TU Clausthal Sports Institute, the Student Union and the China Competence Center Clausthal. This successful cooperation was already reflected in the campus run and the dragon boat festival, so that the China Competence Center will also be involved in next year's summer sports festival at Clausthal University of Technology.
